Context
Redesign Portugal based music streaming. The client wanted the app to have a strong social network appeal, where users could share music news and playlists with their friends on other social platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Methodology
For producing a workable product as soon as possible use quick method: Think > Make > Check.
1. Analyze existing app flow
To redesign an app effectively, I carefully analyze each screen and the app flow to identify areas for improvement. I gain a deep understanding of the current design and functionality. This helps me develop a plan for simplifying the user journey, improving the visual design, or introducing new features to enhance the user experience.
2. Road map planning of flows
I break the project down into manageable milestones and tasks, making it easier to track progress. Regularly reviewing and adjusting the roadmap ensures the project stays on track, and issues are resolved early. This approach ensures a high-quality end product and efficient project completion for clients.
3. Explore and analyze competitor apps
I start by researching and analyzing competitor apps. For example, Spotify is a popular music streaming app that has a strong market presence. By analyzing Spotify's app concept, I can identify their strengths and weaknesses and use this information to create a better product.
Once I have a good understanding of the market and competition, I start the design process. Throughout the design process, I focus on creating a cohesive and visually appealing user interface. I use the latest design trends and techniques to create a modern and engaging user experience.
